Το Reiki είναι ιαπωνική λέξη. Το Rei σημαίνει «Συμπαντική» και το Ki «Ενέργεια της Ζωής». Μέσα από την τεχνική του Reiki επανασυνδεόμαστε με τη συμπαντική ενέργεια της ζωής. Είμαστε μέρος αυτής της ενέργειας και ο συγχρονισμός μας με αυτή φέρνει υγεία, αρμονία, αγάπη και ισορροπία στη ζωή μας.

Η συνεδρία OSHO Neo Reiki είναι διαλογισμός. Έχει διάρκεια από 30 λεπτά μέχρι 1 ώρα και γίνεται είτε από κοντά με φυσική επαφή μέσω των χεριών είτε από απόσταση μέσω του 2ου βαθμού.

Στη συνεδρία επαφής η ενέργεια του Reiki μεταδίδεται μέσα από τα χέρια. Μπορείς να είσαι ξαπλωμένος ή καθιστός, με κλειστά ματιά, καθώς ο δότης της συνεδρίας ακουμπάει απαλά τα χέρια του σε συγκεκριμένες θέσεις πάνω στο σώμα σου.

Στη συνεδρία από απόσταση υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να δεχθείς την ενέργεια του Reiki χωρίς φυσική επαφή, όπου βρίσκεσαι. Χρειάζεται να είσαι ξαπλωμένος ή καθιστός, με κλειστά μάτια, έχοντας φροντίσει να μη σε διακόψουν κατά τη διάρκεια της συνεδρίας.

Μέσα από κάθε συνεδρία - επαφής και απόστασης - έρχεσαι σε επαφή με την αισθαντικότητά σου και τις ενέργειες που είναι εκεί, διαθέσιμες να μεταλλαχθούν. Η διαδικασία σε υποστηρίζει να πάρεις απόσταση από τις σκέψεις και να αισθανθείς το σώμα σου. Φέρνει καθαρότητα, σε ξεκουράζει βαθιά και σε αναζωογονεί αντίστοιχα με ένα βαθύ βραδινό ύπνο.

ΣΧΕΤΙΚΑ ΜΕ ΤΟ OSHO Neo Reiki

Η γνώση του Reiki υπήρχε σε πολλούς αρχαίους πολιτισμούς. Στην προσπάθειά του να βρει μια μέθοδο θεραπείας για τον άνθρωπο, ο Ιάπωνας Dr. Mikao Usui, μετά από πολλά χρόνια αναζήτησης και διαλογισμού, ανακάλυψε ξανά στις αρχές του 20ου αιώνα τη γνώση του Reiki, το οποίο εξάσκησε και δίδαξε για πολλά χρόνια μετά. Ο Dr Mikao Usui εκπαίδευσε και μύησε μαθητές του σε Reiki Masters, οι οποίοι με τη σειρά τους δίδαξαν και άπλωσαν το Reiki στον κόσμο.

Το Reiki άρχισε να καθοδηγείται σε ομάδες στο OSHO International στην Πούνα της Ινδίας το 1988 από την Pyaso. Από το Μάρτιο 1989 μέχρι το 1998 οι ομάδες Reiki συνεχίστηκαν από την Anand Himani. Ο Osho έδωσε το όνομά του σε αυτές τις ομάδες. Τότε το όνομα ήταν Rajneesh Neo Reiki και αργότερα, στις 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 1989 που άλλαξε το όνομά του σε Osho, οι εκπαιδεύσεις ονομάστηκαν OSHO Neo Reiki.

Το OSHO Neo Reiki έχει τις ρίζες του στο παραδοσιακό Reiki «Usui Shiki Ryoho – the Usui System of Natural Healing». Με τις οδηγίες του Osho πάνω στο διαλογισμό και στο όραμά του για το νέο άνθρωπο, νέοι ορίζοντες ανοίγονται πάνω σε μια αρχαία τεχνική.

OSHO Neo Reiki SESSIONS

Reiki is a Japanese word. Rei means “Universal” and Ki “Life Force Energy”. Through Reiki technique we reconnect with the universal life force energy. We are part of this energy. Being in tune with it brings health, harmony, love and balance in our life.

An OSHO Neo Reiki session is meditation. It lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour and there is option to be done in person with physical contact through hands or in distance through the 2nd Degree.

In a physical contact session, Reiki energy is transmitted through hands. You can lay down or sit, with closed eyes while the session giver rests his hands gently in specific positions on your body.

In a session from distance, you can receive Reiki energy without physical contact, wherever you are. The only thing you need is to lay down or sit, with closed eyes, having already taken care not to be interrupted for the whole duration of the session.

Through each session, both physical and from distance – you come to your senses, feeling the energies that are there available to be transformed. The process supports you to take distance from your thoughts and feel your body. It brings clarity, deep relaxation and aliveness similar to a deep night sleep.

ABOUT OSHO Neo Reiki

Many ancient civilizations had the knowledge of Reiki. Ιn his effort to find a healing method for man the Japanese Dr Mikao Usui, after many years of research and meditation, rediscovered in the beginning of the 20th century, the knowledge of Reiki. Since then he practiced and taught Reiki for many years. Dr Mikao Usui trained and initiated his disciples into Reiki Masters who kept teaching and spreading Reiki in the world.

Pyaso started facilitating Reiki groups in OSHO International in Pune, India, in 1988. From March 1989 until 1998, Reiki groups were facilitated by Anand Himani. Osho gave his name in these groups. At that time the name of the course was Rajneesh Neo Reiki and later, on September 12 1989 when his name changed to Osho, the courses were renamed OSHO Neo Reiki.

OSHO Neo Reiki has its roots in the traditional Reiki ‘Usui Shiki Ryoho – the Usui System of Natural Healing”. With the instructions of Osho on meditation and his vision for a new man, new dimensions are opening into an ancient technique.
